Nix Rhinestones was formed to compliment a sister business that manufactures and supplies dancewear.(www.rafspadance.co.za)
Nix Rhinestones import good quality Hot Fix DMC Rhinestones and sew on crystals direct from reputable manufacturers. Nix Rhinestones endeavors to supply customers throughout South Africa as well as neighbouring states at good competitive prices.
Products may be viewed and purchased online and shipped direct to you.Stones may also be ordered and collected from our premises .We have imported and stock a more superior quality Rhinestone than what is generally found in the market in South Africa. Should you wish to see our quality stones hands on then they may also be viewed and purchased in store at Rafspa Dance Suppliers.
How the Shop Works
The selection of Sew on Crystals are sold as single stones. The coloured rhinestones are sold at a set price per gross (1 gross contains approximately 144 rhinestones).
The A01 crystal, A28 AB crystal and A28 AB crystal premium rhinestones are sold in packs of 1, 2 or 10 gross – there are significant discounts when buying larger quantities of rhinestones.

Packs
1 Gross = approximately 144 rhinestones
2 Gross = approximately 288 rhinestones
10 Gross = approximately 1 440 rhinestones
From the drop-down menu please select the amount of gross you wish to buy and then the number of packs. For example, under the “10 Gross Rhinestone” shop page, if you buy a quantity of 2 you will be buying 20 gross.
Shipping
Customers can collect the package from Rafspa Dance Suppliers in Northmead Benoni Gauteng (local pickup) or pay to have the package delivered.

Terms & Conditions
Sew on Crystals or Rhinestones may be returned to us subject to the following terms and conditions
A – Incorrectly ordered Rhine Stones or Sew on Crystals you realise you don’t require may be returned with no additional charge ; provided:
i) The original labels and stickers still attached to the original packaging; and the stones or crystals are undamaged and are unused.
ii) A return request is logged per email within 7 days of delivery to you or collection from our premises by you of the unwanted product.
iii) The Customer is to return the product to us and all return shipping arrangements and charges have to be paid by the customer (please note, returns only via courier to our physical address or hand delivery by customer).
iv) We can collect the product from you using our courier if you wish to pay the stipulated return shipping fee directly to us. A quotation in this regard may be requested ( Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of a product if is not properly packaged for transport.)
v) Once we have inspected the Rhine Stones or Sew on crystals and validated your return, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 7 days of the return. We would also be able to do refund per EFT to your bankers should you prefer.
vi) Should you choose a refund and the original amount was paid to us using PayFast or PayPal as payment facilitator, the refund amount will be less PayFast/PayPal fees.
vii)We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted Rhine Stones or Sew on Crystals are returned damaged or have evidence of being previously used , or are not in a re-saleable condition.
viii) If we accidentally deliver the wrong Rhine Stones or Sew on Crystals to you or if the products are not as described on the Website , we will collect the product from you at no charge.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 3 days of the return (or refund with no charge as mentioned above).
B-Damaged goods
All Rhine Stones and Sew on Crystals are inspected and checked when packaged for delivery, Should you not be happy with the condition of any delivered stones then a claim must be noted per e-mail immediately on the day you receive the product.
